Connection Log

**Not able to connect to 185.27.134.11 on port 21 using protocol FTP. The connection was attempted using username epiz_32585377 and the specified password.

Common causes:

  1. Incorrect Username and Password. Please make sure these are the exact same as provided by your web host provider. Re-typing them into the settings fields will usually help correct accidentally made typos.

  2. Incorrect Server: Make sure you use the domain name as is, do not add http://, www. or any other prefix unless advised by your web host provider. You may also try the numeric IP address for your domain name.

  3. Incorrect type of connection protocol: You have selected to connect with FTP, please verify this type of connection is supported for your account.

  4. Incorrect server port number. The current connection was attempted using port number 21.

  5. Your firewall could be blocking the connection. To test if this is the cause, try switching to a different network. For example, if you are having trouble connecting via a mobile network, try with wifi.

  6. Open FTP Settings, set Classic Mode switch to ON and try again

  7. Invalid FTP account settings. Your account settings might be out of date from the settings on your web server, please contact your web host provider to ensure all settings are accurate and up to date. You may also test the connection with another FTP client tool such as FileZilla (free for both Mac and PC)
