What I’m seeing is: When I try to login to roundcubemail, I see an error which reads “login failed”

Additional information: I’ve tried everything according to the knowledge-base. I’ve updated my mx records, my domain name is pointing to epizy.com’s nameservers, I’ve removed special characters from my email password, I don’t know what the problem is. Can anyone help out?
I just tried to create a test mailbox on your account, and I was able to login to it without any problems.
I don’t know why you’re having trouble logging in. As long as you make sure you use the email address as the username and the password of the email account for the password, you should be able to login.
