Can You add Plugins to Wordpress

What I’m seeing is:

I’m using this software: Word Press

**Additional information:**It won’t let me add plugins keeps saying wordpress bugs, its the second time I deleted then reload the wordpress program , Same bug pops up. Sofaculous is installling a buggy verison of wordpress. So do I have to upload my own version through FTP , I can if that will work.

What in WordPress says what? WordPress just throws an error message saying “wordpress bugs”? I’ve never seen that error message before.

Can you please describe exactly what you see? Including any error messages, copy-pasted exactly as you see them?
