Hello, I’m going to set up a forum site XenForo, but they need to be opened, but the host can do this, can you please open them?

Features to be unlocked; exec, escapeshellarg, proc_open, popen, fpassthru, mod_mecurity ,set_time_limit How do I get them to open
Please turn on these features

Those functions raise lots of security concerns, and strictly will not be enabled. Also, I believe using XenForo is against the TOS because it is pirated.

In short, get a VPS if you want to use XenForo.
