Cannot acces image file from http

My website URL is:
http://akwa.epizy.com/Webcam/OutOfOrder.jpg

What I’m seeing is:
404 Page Not Found

I can see the file with Infinity File Explorer in Control Panal

I’m using this software:
Internet Explorer or Chrome

I can access the file with Filezilla

Hum… just realized that I need to put http in front otherwise I am getting Error 404
So:
http://akwa.epizy.com/Webcam/OutOfOrder.jpg WORKS
akwa.epizy.com/Webcam/OutOfOrder.jpg Error 404 !

Both the ways work for me. But please note that this isn’t an image hosting service, but a web hosting service!
