Cannot access File manager

(It shows me this small login window and when i do try to login there, it says authentication error, somebody please help)

Please don’t share links from the file manager, as they contain your password. For your security, please change your hosting accounts password via the client area, and try connecting again.

What are you trying to enter to that window?

Note that you should use ftpupload.net as hostname instead of your own site url.

Did you log in to the control panel for at least once?

I tried to open the file manager for your account by just clicking the File Manager button in the client area, and I was logged in without any problems. Do you still experience this issue?
