Cannot access website, ftp or phpmyadmin

What I’m seeing is: Firstly, my website itself, which I have for a school project, appears to be down. It is very slow and when loaded wordpress displays an error message: “Error establishing database connection”.

When I attempt to connect to ftp via the monsta online ftp client, an error is displayed “Error! The authentication operation timed out”.

An attempt with filezilla yields no better results: “Response: 421 3900 users (the maximum) are already logged in, sorry” followed by “Error: could not connect to server”.

PhpMyAdmin does not work at all. It takes forever to load, and then chrome presents the error message: “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”. I have tried clearing cache / cookies, using incognito, firefox and MS edge. All of my work is on here, so i need a way to atleast export the database.

Cpanel continues to work.

Browser: Google Chrome
CMS: Wordpress
Ftp client: Filezilla / Monsta online ftp
Database administration: PhpMyAdmin
Mysql

The FTP server issue was caused by the outage that’s explained here:

Ok thanks! It’s all online for me again now and I backed up my database and files to my pc.
