When I attempt to download anything it says I am missing some extension. I know that this is an active issue, but could someone please explain step by step how to install a theme please? The one I want is Color Mag!

Yes, the ZIP, ZipArchive and ZLIB modules are currently missing on free hosting. This is a known issue and we’re working on it.
We already posted an announcement about this, but since people don’t seem to read outage announcements, here is a second announcement with a harder to miss title.
