cannot intall softacculus app installer ,can anyone help??
It is already there in your cPannel, however if you are trying to install an app from it, please share the exact error that you are getting.

if it is already installed ,then can u please help me how to open the softacculus app installer, so that i can install wordpress from it…
You’ll have to open the Control Panel, scroll down and on the “Software” tab you’ll find the Softaculous Apps Installer, like this:
Click on it and you’ll be redirected on a new tab to the Softaculous Apps Installer, where you can install tons of apps (even WordPress).
