I just want to add post and when i click “Publish” it display “Publishing failed”, how can i fix it? I try to reinstall WordPress many times, but not fixed, thank

This is quite a popular issue with the new update. Try installing the Classic Editor and publishing there.

Not really, I have install the fresh copy and still not function

Do you use Cloudflare SSL?

upload the fresh copy of wordpress, still cannot publish post, maybe need to modify the php.ini file
