Cannot recieve emails

I have set my MX record to mx.epizy.com but cannot send emails.

First of all, MX records determine which server handles incoming email for your domain. MX records have nothing to do with sending email from the domain.

How are you trying to send email?

sorry I meant *receive.

I am not able to receive emails.

Am having the same issue, my user name is epiz_20344429

  1. What’s the domain name you’re trying to receive email on?
  2. Are you testing it with an email account or email forwarder?

Hi @abhisheksinha3453
Remember to not use cloudflare for the domain or setup it manually from cloudflare website. Set mx entry to mx.epizy.com and then setup your email account and then you will be able to receive mails.

Have tried all this steps and its not still working pop9ja.com
