Cant acces php my admin page

Cant connect to my database , the following error is appearing
185.27.134.10 redirected you too many times.
Tried everything including clearing cookies, switching browsers, restarting, changing php version but none works

have you changed your password? if yes change it to your previous password

Follow what @anon19508339 said, or try to access phpMyAdmin via incognito mode.

When I click on phpMyAdmin it redirects me to connect now page and when I click over it the page redirects too many times and doesn’t allows phpMyAdmin panel to open

Click on “MySQL Databases” section on the Control Panel and then click on phpMyAdmin from there.
