Cant Access Cpanel

so my website is fine and is not suspended and is not after being suspended.
i just went to file manager tried to delete a subdomain but it said error permission denied
something about FTP.

so then i tried to go to cPanel and it gave me this

Not Found

The requested URL /panel/modules/signout/index.php was not found on this server.

You can’t delete the subdomain folders from the FTP for legal reasons and the cPanel logout has always been very dodgy.

That’s because your account was being suspended.
