Can't access files! is hjy5ruhf.epizy.com main domain down? Pls help!

Hi !

Pls @Admin could you tell me if there any issue on hjy5ruhf.epizy.com (vol7_1) main domain?
My website URL is:
smartconnect.com.ar

I’m receiving error through cloudfare on web server hosting. Error 521 (web server is down) Ray ID: 5146f5292d45d865

I’m using Filezilla (as always do) but neither could i access through “monsta” file manager via cpanel.

Obviously my web is inaccessible.
/home/vol7_1/epizy.com/epiz_23967604 is my original dir.
