Can't access FTP to fix issue

I got my account suspended for hitting the Entry Process limit and I understand why, but I want to resolve it before I forget and (possibly) get suspended again! All I need to do is access my FTP manager and delete a very php process heavy page and edit the redirects. Unfortunately, I seem to have been locked out. Is there any way I can access the file manager now? Or do I have to wait the 22-odd hours to get back on it?

When your account is suspended, everything goes on lockdown. Unfortunately, yes, you will have to wait until the suspension is over in order to access your files.
