I just set up my account and I’m trying to log-in via FTP but I keep getting an error message that my FTP password isn’t correct. I do see the above message on my control panel and am wondering if they are related? How do I access my FTP as I can’t load any files but I can see my control panel.
Trying with FileZilla I get the following:

Weird, seen this error before, What does your inode usage look like?
I did, and I get the error.

I don’t know what that means “inode usage”. I’m brand new to this product and have never used it before. I’m just trying to set up my first site and can’t log-in to FTP
Sorry! This seems like a higher issue and that something has gone wrong with your account, you could try to create another hosting account
Like it says in the client area, your account is still being set up. So of course some things are not going to work yet.
Please wait for the account to be fully set up and try again afterwards.
