Can't access my site

My website URL is:

www.de-hav.rf.gd

What I’m seeing is:

I can’t access my site. In my browser I get “ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT”. If I try to access the site via FTP with filezilla there is also an error message “421 Home directory not available”

I’m using this software:
I uploaded my site about 1 week ago with filezilla. My site is made with wordpress. Until yesterday everything worked fine. The webbrowser I use is Chrome and samsung internet.

it looks your site hosting volume is DDoSed. please wait due it fixes

The site is back online. But I still don’t know why it was offline.
