Cant access my website without typing www. first

Hello everyone, 

Something does not make sense to me.

I’ve always been able to go to the website by typing ‘‘websitename.rf.gd" in the browser. Today the same link redirected to http://suspendeddomain.org/b/

I immediately checked my client area and my account was Active. My friend couldn’t access my website as well. 

I can access the site now by typing "www.websitename.rf.gd’’. How come www makes any difference now? Why I could access my website before skipping www ?

Now I can access it without typing www. Question is: what was that?

It sounds like a caching issue to me. If so, it would likely resolve itself in two or three days at most, but probably less than a day.
