As I see on your support page, I tried all the suggestions you give me to access phpMyAdmin but still not working. It says if it still doesn’t work, I have to ask for a permission reset on my DB.
Did you reset your password by any chance? If so, through which system did you reset the password? Did you reset it through the client area, or somewhere else?
I’ve reset your database permissions so you should be able to login again. But if you could share some more information about what you did, it would help a lot in making sure you don’t have to ask for this again.
