Cant access says suspended when it shows active

Well, it says high IO usage in march 12. I haven’t done any high uploads or changes to any site.

Also, it should say suspended on the account page… no?
There is always many IO limit suspension reached messages, when I checked the FAQ for info it just says file upload and changes limit for account.
