If I try to create a subdomain for a website called ‘support’ (support.domain.com) it errors and doesn’t let me create the subdomain. This only happens with that specific name and anything else works perfectly. I can only guess that this is to prevent people posing as another company for scamming, although I don’t see how this would help much to prevent such.
I believe that is a reserved word. Cpanel is also one of them I think.

don’t understand why it would be reserved for my own rf.gd domain though because it would be support.XXXXXXXX.rf.gd instead of just support.rf.gd

rf.gd is not ur domain. It is a free domain from InfinityFree.
