Can't delete folder

Problem:
Hi, always when I create a new folder and i add anything to it, it’s empty, and then when I want to delete it or to change the permission it gives me this error:

I want to mention that I can’t even remove it from the panel.

If you set the permissions below 600, you’ll loose access. And if you set the permissions to 000, everyone (even iFastNet) will lose access.

Can you please paste the error here is text format? I don’t see any error messages in your image, just an empty folder.

I agree with @wackyblackie, and you can check the permissions of a file/folder by right-clicking it in FileZilla and selecting “permissions”.
