Can't find DNS Record

Hi. I am the admin of qalbetech.rf.gd.Recently I wanted to index my website on google but it is asking me to paste its code in DNS RECORD. The problem is that I cant find DNS RECORD in Cpanel.
Looking for guidance.

If you want to add your site to the search console, you may follow the instructions provided in this Knowledge Base article:

I’m not sure whether you can add or index rf.gd subdomains though since you do not own the root domain

and you can only verify your domain or add your domain property using URL prefix since InfinityFree Cpanel doesn’t have the DNS record manager which it’s need to verify your domain thru Domain Property.
