Can't have access to my files

Im developing a website when suddenly at 00:23am today, when I tried to connect to the server with MonstaFTP, instead of just being logged in as usual, it shows me this.

I tried to put the FTP password on the dashboard of my account, but they said that “Error! FTP authetication failed”
