cant login to cpanel."We are unable to log you in with the information you provided. Please check your username and password and try again 1 "-this message pops out.
I clicked on the lost password link and password reset link was sent to my mail,still cant login to cpanel.
Please help me fix this problem at an earliest.
Don’t use the password reset menu in the control panel, it will break your website.
Just go to the client area, find your account, click it, then click Edit next to the account password field. Doing so will restore your old password (you can also enter a new password if you want) which will fix the login button in the client area as well.
If you are unable to login your cpanel account. then reset your cpanel password.
