Can't Login to cpanel

Excuse me,
i have problem when login to cpanel (my username: epiz_20618274). I’ve tried to login from the client area and I fill the manual form on the page VP Login but the results error.

Here’s the error message:

“We are unable to log you in with the information you provided. Please check your username and password and try again 1”

I’m sure with my password, I’ve tried to reset my password at Reset password, but I did not receive the email. I checked the spam folder as well.

Please help, thank you.

Reset the password through your client area. Never use the Forgot Password screen in the control panel, it will break your account and your website.

I think I’ve reset the password in cpanel already. how to revert it back?

Just set it again through the client area! That should fix any login problems.
