When I log out of cpanel and try to login back , i cant login. ( when i login to my infinityfree acct it automatically logs me in to cpanel with no problem )The username and password just dont work. Because of this my site can’t access my ftp account. Can somebody pls help.
If you can login to the control panel through the client area but not manually, it means you’re not using the correct username and password. Please check in your client area whether you are using the correct hosting account username and password. Note that, by default, your hosting account password is different from your client area password.
