Can't recive mails in roundcube

Today i wanted to put SSL CA in my website and then i needed a guide.
So i start the guide and when i step up to the mail , the ppl say to make mail from cPanel so i can recive the mail from como…you know.

I make mail then i login with roundcube, but i saw that i cant recive mails and also when i send mail to my gmail account ,its not reciving it.
How to recive the mail if my mailer is not working ?
