Can't send email with php mail

I use wordpress, and I have created a contact form but the form does not send emails to my e-mail (I use WPforms and WP Mail by WPforms). I have tried using smtp sendinblue but when in the email test it can’t be and the email is not sent.

PHP Mail is Restricted. Please use SMTP instead.
