can't upload files with a .ipa format

hey when I upload a .ipa extension file it gets removed on instant, why?

I’ve not heard of any specific issues related to uploading iOS packages before, but my first guess as to likely explanations is:

  • The file is larger than the 10 MB file size limit.
  • The file is being uploaded outside a web accessible directory (all files must be uploaded to a htdocs directory).

If neither of the above explanations apply, either malware was detected in your specific app or .ipa files have been blocked entirely (along with other executables to prevent malware distribution). But that’s just a guess, you’re the first to report problems with .ipa files.

there was a bug with a folder called ipa, renamed it to something else and it worked

I think it has to do with the 10mb limit didn’t know that before thanks
