Certificate issue

I want to explain my problem in detail;

I got a free certificate. I generated CSR code after uploading private key. (I did this just out of curiosity) After generating the CSR code, I couldn’t load the certificate key because the upload button is not responding.

-My web page does not have a certificate. I can’t change the SSL configuration.

-I can’t create a new record now because I deleted the CNAME record for this certificate

-I tried to delete the certificate but I cannot perform this function from the demo panel.

what should i do now?

Try using a different browser, or try again in incognito.

Try re-uploading the private key, then the certificate key.
