Certificate not trusted

Welcome!

When you got this certificate in the client area, it said this:

Note the “Not supported by browsers” text.

With that being said, I partially agree with @jaikrishna.t, you need to get a certificate from GoGetSSL or ZeroSSL, not LetsEncript (LetEncript certificates do not work on free subdomains).

the installed ssl was created from the page Login to your account - InfinityFree

now what should i do?

Add the CNAME records and wait for an email from InfinityFree saying they were added correctly.

where I find the section “CNAME Records” !!!
I can’t see it anywhere

OK, here’s the best way I can explain:

  • Go to control panel (from client area)
  • Come down to the bottom and you will see the CNAME RECORDS section.
  • In the first input (SOURCE), paste this from the SSL area:
    image
  • Then for the second input (DESTINATION), paste this from SSL area:
    image
  • Then click on ADD button.

Do I still have to create the certificate in the SSL Section in the control panel?

Once the CNAME records are successfully detected, you will be given the information you need to put there. To answer your question, no.

You don’t need to delete it, just ignore it.
