The nameservers of a domain name are set with the company where you have registered the domain name, not your hosting account. So in your case, that most likely means you can change the nameservers at Freenom.

Log into Freenom
Click on “Services” then “My Domains” beside your domain name click on “Manage Domain”. Then click the drop down menu called “Management Tools” then click “name servers” then select “Use custom nameservers (enter below)” then enter the nameservers. once finished click "Change Nameservers
