One problem, my friend have home private server but nobody from us can log in to his network i look he forewards all prots correctly but port 80 is blocked by his domain, my be is his ISP blocking his access to router ??? I can conet to his network only when i use from EU to Slovenia our private proxy server and than i see domain http://underground-slovenia.is-very-bad.org and i can log on servers anyone, but from outside no. I check his firewalls and antivirus no blocking from them? in your oppinion wht is wrong, is his ISP really can block port 80???
