What is a CNAME Record? How do I add one?

I use exana.io for my status page and would love to have my status page url to be status.cyberking18.rf.gd and I already have cyberking18.rf.gd as a website? Could anyone help? I have attached a image of what I mean.

It’s on your domain registrant site; or in cPanel > CNAME records (I think there’s the option). Add CNAME record with the name status.cyberking18.rf.gd pointing to (value) central.exana.io
