I am getting “Connect Error (1045) Access denied for user ‘epiz_24794762’@‘192.168.2.197’ (using password: YES)” when trying to use a sql script. Can you reset my database permissions so I can access it again? That seems to be the only solution in these forums.

Where are you getting this? Can you provide a URL to the script where you try to do this?
9/10 times, the issue is caused by bad configuration. In the past, there was a bug that could cause database permissions to be corrupted. But that issue has been fixed many months ago. Whatever posts you read that suggested that would be an issue are definitely outdated.
