and i add Your mysql host address and its same show error msg and im sure when i try this script on my localhost its right no problem in it

The first thing to note is that the mysql_* are no longer available with PHP 7.0 and later. These functions are old and should be replaced with mysqli_* functions or PDO.

So can you please try to change your account’s PHP version to PHP 5.6 and see if that works?

If it doesn’t, can you take a screenshot of the values you entered in the wizard, so we can check if they look OK (don’t share your password, of course).
