Connections timed out in my two websites

My website URL is: Site 1 and Site 2.

What I’m seeing is: In Site 1, I see “Error 522 Connection timed out”. Also, there’s a graphic that says “Browser working”, “Cloudflare working” and “Host error”.
In Site 2 I only see “ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT” (this website wasn’t uploaded yet, I just joined Infinity Free).

I’m using this software: In site 1, I’m running Joomla 3.9.16 and it’s a clean installation. Site 2 wasn’t uploaded yet.

Additional information: I have a basic .htaccess in both sites. I also use Cloudflare in both sites and I changed the SSL/TLS mode to “flexible” because that’s what you guys suggested in one of the topics. Yes, I’m new here but I’ve been reading.
