CPU Limit Exceeded

I have a WordPress installation and a few plugins (Event Manager), so the website stays up for 2 days and then says CPU Limit exceeded but on my other account it doesn’t say that! What is the reason?

Apparently, one account uses more CPU power than the other one? Limits are calculated for individual accounts, not for all the accounts you own, so it’s definitely possible that one account is suspended and another one isn’t.
