This tutorial would show you how to create emails with Cloudflare. You can create unlimited emails.
Cloudflare:

Go to https://dash.cloudflare.com/ and click on your domain (make sure you have an account, if not create one: A Full Guide To Cloudflare)

Go to Email (on the sidebar)

As it is your first time, you will be prompted with a setup wizard that will configure your MX and Spf records and email forwarding. If not, go to Email Routing < Routes and create a custom address. Enter your custom email address, send to an email, and add the email you want to use as the destination.

Follow the instructions for DNS records (Cloudflare adds them automatically).

Go to DNS and create a DMARC record if you see a notification on top asking you to create one. A wizard would pop up and follow the instructions. DMARC records control what happens if emails pass or fail SPF and DKIM records.

Cloudflare only provides email forwarding and not SMTP. If you also want to send email, you can use an SMTP provider like Sendinblue. See this guide for more information.
