How can I create a TXT record on my site? If I can not how can I do it anyway?

The only way to do it is if you host your domain’s DNS management somewhere else. Like your domain registrar or Cloudflare, for example.
Unless you’re using an InfinityFree’s free subdomain. If you are, it’s not possible at all.

You can set up Cloudflare for full DNS management.

You can only setup TXT records for SPF through the SPF Records section. Other kind of TXT records (like DKIM or verification records) cannot be added.
