If you installed any plugins or themes (or messed with any of them), there is always a possibility that one was/became corrupted. Also, if you do not configure email on your domain, you will not receive an email from WordPress.

Thank you for the reply, but I can’t even log in to my dashboard or admin page. How can I even fix it?

You will need to use FTP and find the “plugins” folder and delete the plugins inside of it.

Thanks, I was able to login to Control Panel and upgrade Worpress. It solved.
