I think that would be still against the TOS. Basically, still the same “Crypto” related.

You asked whether crypto related sites were allowed. The answer to that question is: no, they are not.

You then ask whether a specific crypto related site was allowed.

If all crypto related sites are banned, that means all crypto related sites are banned. If all crypto related sites are banned, that means every type of crypto related site is banned.
