Your account looks like it is suspended right now. Note that you are currently not suspended because of the daily hits usage.
When you are suspended for hitting a daily resource limit, the counter will still reset at the end of the day. So at the end of your suspension, the counter will show almost nothing. After all, your account was suspended so it did not generate any server load!
