Hello, I have free hostring and I have 2 databases, what is the max sizew that both databases can have?
There is no hard limit on the maximum size of the database. We mainly measure how heavily the database is queried. So a big database is no problem as long as you query it lightly (which can be challenging with big tables).

And can I connect to database from CSGO server?
MySQL remote access is not supported on free hosting. If you really want it please consider to upgrade to Premium Hosting as it offers many features.
