Due to a technical error, many more accounts were suspended by the abuse detection systems than usual. This has resulted in an unusually large amount of review requests (four times as many as the average of the last few months).
Because of the extraordinary number of review requests, we are having trouble processing all reviews within 24 hours.
We are doing our best to process the backlog of review requests as soon as possible and we’re very sorry for the service interruptions caused by any erroneous suspensions.
Please do not submit any additional messages through other channels asking for reactivation. The account reviews section was and still is the only way to get your account reactivated. Submitting more messages only increases our workload and results in even longer wait times for the account reviews.
