There’s no way to delete hosting accounts faster for legal reasons.
However,you can always delete the domain in your cPanel and then move your domain to a new host.
Notice that your website files aren’t connected with your domain and you can always download them,so you shouldn’t worry about deleting the domain.Deleting a domain in the cPanel don’t really deletes a domain.
