Deleted 18kb index.php file by mistake... is there anyway to restore it?

I’ve been working on a project for the past month, and I accidentally deleted the index.php file. If anyone could tell me any way that I can restore it, I would be very greatful.

ALWAYS KEEP A BACKUP FOR THAT REASON
Once you delete a file there no way to restore it.
Please, please (for the sake of your sanity) keep a backup for any big files. In fact, I made a control panel on my website that recursively gets all of the files and downloads them as a zip (because file manager for some reason throws an error if you try to download more than 1-2 files).

Just an update: I found I had saved an old version of the code, thank god, it’s back up now.

Just back it up (by downloading it) every so often and you should be fine.
