then
Register a fresh one under the same name ?

Yes
I love the old name, but can’t do anything to install a Discuz forum on it.

I had deleted everythings (root folders etc. )
Tried uploading again to a new htpdocs, look like it won’t work without the htaccess.

The default .haccess doesn’t do that much and isn’t necessary for your website to work.

If you deleted all folders, you first need to check the Addon Domains or Subdomains section in your control panel to see what the right directory for the domain name is. Then you should create that directory and upload your files to it.
