Deleting account

Hello everyone,

I would like to delete my account. I have already deactivated my account, but cannot find any option to delete. Please suggest.

The reason you can’t find an option to delete an account is because that option doesn’t exist. You cannot delete your accounts right away due to legal reasons. You must wait for at least 90 days for them to be deleted automatically.

If that’s the case, I will not be able to move the domain/account to bytehost or any other bytehost reselller even after deactivation of current account. Do we have any alternate way to move?

Yes: reactivate the account, remove the domains from your account and then close it again.

And if your account was suspended because of abuse (and you cannot reactivate it), it will be suspended on other providers using our system as well. The majority of suspension filters are enforced system wide and are not limited to InfinityFree, so attempting to move it to another account on the same system is just a waste of time.
